SCYTALYS is currently looking for a skilled Business Development Manager, passionate about their field of work.

Based in Riyadh, this role requires a hands-on professional who is not afraid to engage in field trials and gain practical experience. As the Business Development Manager, you will be fully responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring successful contract closures.

Role expectations:

Lead business development and account management efforts in the Saudi Arabia.
Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Drive sales growth and expand the company’s market presence.
Represent the company in trade shows and industry events.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
Organize and perform frequent demonstrations and field trials of company products.
Follow up leads and opportunities.
Enhance the company presence within all branches of Saudi Arabian Armed Forces.

Desired Skills & Experience:

University degree, with a focus on Engineering or Information and Communications Technology
Proven track record in delivering successful business outcomes and meeting sales quotas in the international marketplace, preferably in projects with high technological content
Experience and knowledge of the Defence sector will be considered as a strong additional asset
Strong business acumen and relationship-building skills.
Arabic is a must. Fluency in English is mandatory.
Willingness and flexibility to travel as needed.
