EFA Group is currently looking for skilled PMO & Risk Manager, who will lead program management office (PMO) functions, integrating planning, reporting, and risk management to keep the program on track and decision-ready.

Key Responsibilities

Drive integrated master planning and ensure timely, consistent program reporting across all functions.
Lead risk and opportunity management processes and governance.
Coordinate milestone readiness reviews and action tracking across teams.
Establish performance dashboards (schedule, risks, actions, dependencies).
Support program leadership with data-driven decision support.

Requirements

Degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
8+ years in PMO, program management, or project controls in Defense, aerospace/telecom.
Strong experience with risk management frameworks and schedule integration.
Excellent stakeholder coordination and executive-level reporting skills.
