EFA Group is currently looking for a skilled Electronic Warfare Division Director, responsible for leading the overall strategy, operations, business growth, and product portfolio development of the Electronic Warfare (EW) Division. The role combines organizational leadership, P&L ownership, business development oversight, technology roadmap definition, and successful delivery of advanced defense and security solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Define and execute the division's strategic growth plan.
- Establish long-term business objectives aligned with Group strategy.
- Shape the division's technology roadmap across EW systems, SIGINT, ESM, ECM, Electronic Attack and Electronic Protection domains.
- Define and execute the division's strategy for Counter-UAS (C-UAS) solutions and develop strategic partnerships and technology roadmaps supporting the integration of Electronic Warfare and Counter-UAS capabilities.
- Identify emerging technologies and market opportunities.
Business Growth & Market Development
- Drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Develop relationships with defense ministries, armed forces, NATO entities, system integrators and industry partners.
- Support major capture campaigns and strategic pursuits.
- Represent the company at international defense exhibitions and forums.
Operational Management
- Own division P&L and resource allocation.
- Ensure successful execution of programs and contracts.
- Monitor KPIs, budgets, schedules and risks.
- Lead multidisciplinary engineering, program management and commercial teams.
People Leadership
- Build and mentor high-performing teams.
- Foster innovation, accountability and collaboration.
Requirements
- MSc in Engineering, Electronics, Telecommunications, Aerospace or related field.
- MBA is considered an asset.
- 12+ years of experience in defense and high-technology sectors.
- 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of EW technologies and defense procurement processes.
- Proven experience managing significant budgets and complex programs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Availability for international travel.
