EFA GROUP is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist collaborating closely with our HR team to attract, assess, and onboard talented individuals who align with EFA GROUP's values and goals, ensuring the continued strength and cohesion of our workforce.
The ideal candidates will:
- Achieve staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating candidates according to organizational plans and objectives.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans.
- Assist in implementing and utilizing effective recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Conduct and develop comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical proficiency, business acumen, and alignment with company values.
- Establish and maintain a strong recruiting presence through various channels, including online platforms and networking events.
- Create job descriptions to accurately reflect position requirements.
- Monitor job offers and compensation practices to ensure competitiveness and alignment with market standards.
- Provide reports on recruiting effectiveness.
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Good understanding of the tech space, including knowledge of common programming languages and associated frameworks.
- Previous experience in talent acquisition or a related field.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
- Experience in sourcing and headhunting.
- Strong data analysis skills to measure and report on the effectiveness of talent acquisition initiatives.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships.
