EFA GROUP is currently looking for a skilled Civil Engineer to join the team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage licensing procedures for business operations and building use.
- Oversee and coordinate submissions and follow-ups with urban planning offices and other agencies.
- Utilize electronic platforms (TEE services, Land Registry, Openbusiness) for permitting and project management.
- Support project teams with technical documentation, cost estimation, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with clients and technical teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Good knowledge of the preparation and submission of documentation for building permits and approvals from public authorities.
Required Skills
- University degree in Civil Engineering (MEng or equivalent).
- Solid experience in building permit procedures and licensing processes.
- Good knowledge of urban planning legislation (N.O.K. and Law 4495/17).
- Familiarity with electronic systems (TEE, Land Registry, Openbusiness).
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, FESPA, or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and team coordination skills.
- Very good command of English;
Preferred Skills
- Experience in cost estimation, technical offer preparation, and technical audits.
- Exposure to energy inspections and licensing of health-related spaces will be considered an asset.
- Postgraduate studies in Project Management or related field (MSc or seminars such as PRINCE2).
