What you will do
· You will be a Senior lawyer, embedded in the EFA Group central legal team, reporting directly to the Head of Legal.
· You will be engaged in the provision of legal support to EFA Group stakeholders, key management and business divisions, working in a fast-paced environment, demanding a proactive attitude coupled with business savvy and result driven solutions;
· Become a trusted legal business partner for the EFA Group stakeholders, promoting our values, business growth and vision;
· Represent EFA group to outside stakeholders (customers, suppliers, governmental organizations)
· Safeguard EFA Group companies from legal and regulatory risk in coordination with relevant stakeholders;
· Provide bespoke advice on commercial, business and regulatory matters, working hand in hand with EFA Group internal stakeholders and teams across all functions;
· Work independently or under minimum supervision, delivering multiple projects concurrently assuming delivery ownership and accountability, especially under tight deadlines;
· Monitor and keep up to date with legislative changes and relevant case law developments;
· Engage, manage, and coordinate our external services providers (specialized external lawyers and law firms in Greece and abroad, tax advisors, notaries etc.) regarding their assigned work.
