We are looking for an ambitious Strategic Projects Lead who will drive high-impact initiatives across domains, fostering alliances and supporting mergers and acquisitions. This role is pivotal in shaping the defense ecosystem through strategic partnerships and roadmap execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-domain strategic projects, including alliance development and M&A support.
• Orchestrate partnerships and ecosystem-building efforts to strengthen organizational capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal business units to ensure alignment with strategic roadmaps.
• Provide executive-level insights and recommendations for long-term growth initiatives.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Strategy, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic project management, partnerships, and M&A within defense or technology sectors.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and deliver results under tight timelines.
