About the Role

The Groom is a vital member of the Front Office team, responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and ensuring smooth arrivals and departures. The role supports guests with transportation needs, handles deliveries, and maintains the lobby area, always upholding excellent service standards. With a focus on professionalism, attentiveness, and guest care, the Groom contributes to creating a seamless and memorable stay experience.

Key responsibilities:

• To be present at the entrance or in the lobby areas, ready to assist guests, colleagues and visitors when requested.
• Maintain club cars in a clean and well-presented condition.
• Greets all guests in a pleasant courteous and polite manner.
• Performing other related tasks based on the hotel's needs.

Requirements: 

• At least 1-year previous experience as a Bell Boy /Groom in 4* or 5* hotel.
• Excellent command of both English and Greek language.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, friendly & self-motivated personality.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
• Driving licence category B
