Banquet Demi Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) – Athenaeum Intercontinental Athens

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes for high-volume banquet events.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
  • Follows all necessary policies and procedures relating to HACCP guidelines.
  • Work efficiently under pressure, managing time and resources during large-scale service.
  • Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, in busy kitchen environment.
  • Very good knowledge of Cold Kitchen for big volume banqueting operation.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques.
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
  • Available to work nights and weekends.
