About the Role

A member of the Housekeeping team plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, order, and overall image of the resort, ensuring a flawless and comfortable environment for guests in line with the high hospitality standards of NOŪS Santorini.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Ensure proper replenishment of amenities (linen, towels, toiletries) and report any shortages.
• Handle guest requests in a professional and courteous manner.

• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by housekeeping department.

   

Requirements

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a 4 or 5-star hotel.
• Good command of the Greek language and basic communication-level English.
• Experience in room hygiene and cleaning procedures, with adherence to hygiene standards.
• Strong attention to detail and a guest-service-oriented mindset.

• Courtesy, discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
