Waiter-Waitress NEW Hotel

Scope of role

We are looking for a skilled Waiter or Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers and makes sure they enjoy their meals. A team player with good communication skills who ultimately provides an excellent overall dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Presenting menu to guests and taking orders.
• Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat.
• Follow strict hygiene procedures along with hotel’s Policies.
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.
• Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures.
• Performing any other related duties as required by the F&B department.

Requirements:

• At least 1- 2 years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Hotels or High-End Restaurants.
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (micros).
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language - knowing of any other foreign language will be considered as a plus.
• Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
• Flexibility in working shifts.
• Friendly, polite and detailed oriented.
