About the role

The Barista prepares high-quality coffee and beverage creations while ensuring consistent presentation and flavor. They provide friendly, efficient service, maintain cleanliness and stock levels, and contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and provide attentive service.
• Take beverage orders from the guests
• Prepare and serve a selection of beverages according to the hotel recipes and guests’ preferences
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar
• Manage bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of alcohols, beverages.
• Performing other bartender related duties as required by the F&B department. 

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a Bartender in a 5* Luxury Resort is required.
• Strong knowledge of mixology and beverage preparation techniques
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene (HACCP principles preferred)
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent command of Greek and the English language.
• Knowledge of POS.
