BARTENDER - NEW HOTEL

Bartender

We are looking for an energetic and talented individual to join our Hotel as a Bartender. Your role is crucial and extends beyond mixing drinks, involves delivering attentive, personalized service and a passion for hospitality, as you will contribute to an enjoyable and positive experience for our guests that reflects the standards of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a selection of beverages, and refreshments from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending.
• Take beverage orders from customers.
• Make drink recommendations as needed.
• Provide a positive and friendly guest experience by interacting with guests.
• Place orders for supplies.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Maintain a working knowledge of alcohols, beverages.
• Performing other bartender related duties as required by the F&B department. 

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Bartender/ Barista in a restaurant or 5* hotel is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of mixology.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Positive attitude and professional appearance.
• Excellent command of Greek and the English language.
• Knowledge of POS.
