                Assistant Front Office Manager – New Hotel
 
 
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Front Office Manager in daily operations of the front desk.
 - Manage the check-in/check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy and guest satisfaction.
 - Handle guest complaints and feedback promptly.
 - Collaborate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage teams to coordinate guest requests and room readiness.
 - Conduct regular staff training sessions to improve performance and update on hotel policies and procedures.
 - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on front office activities and performance metrics.
 - Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling front office expenses.
 - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards at the front desk.
 - Implement and monitor hotel policies, standards, and quality control procedures.
 - Participate in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of front office staff.
 - Perform any other related front desk duties as requested by the hotel.
 
Requirements: 
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
 - Minimum 3 years of experience in front office operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory (ideally in a luxury or 4/5-star hotel).
 - Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 - Familiarity with hotel management software (Opera or similar systems preferred).
 - Professional appearance and demeanor
 - Fluency in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
 - Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays.
