Waiter/Waitress – NOUS Santorini

(Season 2025)

 Responsibilities:

• Anticipate guest needs and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests
• Check up on guests to ensure they are satisfied
• Organize table settings and maintain tables clean and neat
• Follow strict hygiene procedures
• Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors
• Maintain and adhere to billing policies and procedures
• Presenting menu & concept to guests and taking orders
• Performing other related duties as required by the hotel

Requirements:

• Proven 2+ years of working experience in a similar position in 5* Hotels
• Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system (micros)
• Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language
• Professional communication skills along with an innate teamwork mentality
• Flexibility in working shifts
• Friendly, polite and detailed oriented
