Room Attendant / Maid

Scope of Role

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, individual passionate about hospitality and committed to providing exceptional service and perfectly cleaned rooms ensuring guests feel at home and at ease in the comfort of their hotel room. You will be the person who will provide a memorable service for our guests, so they feel safe and cared for during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms according to hotel standards.
• Replace linens, towels, toiletries, and other amenities as needed, reporting any shortages.
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Perform any other related tasks as assigned by housekeeping department.

Requirements:

• Up to 2 years of prior experience in housekeeping in a 4- or 5-star hotel.
• Good command of Greek and basic knowledge of the English.
• Knowledge of hygiene protocols and cleaning procedures in hotel settings.
• High attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Pleasant personality with discretion, politeness, and confidentiality.
• Professional appearance and behavior.
• Flexibility with work hours and adaptability.
