Banquet Demi Chef de Partie (Cold Kitchen) – Athenaeum Intercontinental Athens
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes for high-volume banquet events.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and compliant kitchen.
- Follows all necessary policies and procedures relating to HACCP guidelines.
- Work efficiently under pressure, managing time and resources during large-scale service.
- Performs related duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar role, in busy kitchen environment.
- Very good knowledge of Cold Kitchen for big volume banqueting operation.
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification from a recognized culinary institute
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of current culinary trends and techniques.
- Excellent knowledge of the Greek and good knowledge of the English language.
- Available to work nights and weekends.
