Role Description

The Executive Team Assistant provides organized, consistent, and high-level administrative support to all Executive Departments of DIAS, as part of the CEO Office. Reporting to the HR Manager and working closely with the Personal Assistant to the CEO, the role also serves as a back-up or successor when needed, ensuring continuity and efficiency in executive operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Directors and members of the Executive Departments (agenda management, meetings, travel, cross-functional projects, meeting minutes, etc.).
  • Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests and tasks in close collaboration with the CEO’s Personal Assistant.
  • Support the organization of internal and external meetings, presentations, and corporate events.
  • Manage documents, electronic correspondence, and filing systems.
  • Be ready to step in as a back-up to the CEO’s PA during absences or periods of increased workload.
  • Assist with special projects or ad-hoc executive-level requests.

Position Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in a similar executive or administrative support role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and collaboration tools (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with composure and courtesy.
  • Strong organizational skills, discretion, sense of responsibility, and a collaborative mindset.Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
