Role Description

As an HR Generalist, you'll support the HR Team in managing a variety of functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, L&D, and compliance. You'll help ensure smooth daily HR operations and actively contribute to key HR projects. This is a great opportunity for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact while supporting the growth of the HR function in a dynamic company. Your ability to balance operational tasks with strategic support will be essential for success in the role.

Requirements

Recruitment & Talent Management: Help manage recruitment efforts, candidate screening and interview coordination. Support succession planning and talent pipeline development.

Performance Management: Assist in the implementation of performance management cycle and support managers and employees in the process.

Compensation & Benefits: Assist with salary surveys, analyzing compensation trends, and supporting payroll processing. Address employee benefits inquiries and enrollment.

Employee Surveys & Feedback: Coordinate employee surveys to assess satisfaction and engagement, analyze results, and support the development of action plans to address concerns and improve workplace culture.

HR Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws and best practices. Assist in developing and updating HR guidelines and employee handbooks.

Training & Development: Coordinate employee training programs, track development progress, and support career growth initiatives.

ESG Initiatives: Support the integration of ESG principles into HR practices. Assist in promoting and implementing relevant initiatives and actions according to the annual HR Plan.

Employee Relations: Provide support in handling employee concerns and inquiries, helping foster a positive work environment.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master in Human Resources Management is a must.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in human resources, with at least 2 years in a senior HR generalist role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Greek employment law, HR practices and market trends.
  • Exposure on compensation & benefits schemes, satisfaction surveys, and HRIS tools.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and oral.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues with discretion.
