Role Description

The Account Manager will be a member of the Client Services Department's team and will handle issues related to the promotion and management of DIAS Payment System products and services. You’ll need to demonstrate enthusiasm, high motivation, and passion to develop fast in a challenging working environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the admission and change procedures of Payment Service Providers and associated organizations
  • Handle the management and operational support of Payment Service Providers and associated organizations payments with a focus on improving customer experience
  • Propose actions for the development and improvement of DIAS payment services based on customer’s services requirements/needs
  • Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities to grow business
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our services according to customer needs and objectives
  • Analyze data to understand changing needs
  • Ensure projects are delivered according to agreed timelines and customer expectations
  • Coordinate and follow up all stakeholders for on time delivery
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate market requirements to internal product teams

  

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or other relevant field. Master’s degree in a related field is desired
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in English language, both written and verbal is mandatory
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Knowledge of banking operations/products, SEPA payment services and DIAS products
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation skills and solution-oriented approach
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong emphasis on accuracy & detail
  • Excellent time and project management skills
