The role involves supporting German‑speaking customers through chat, phone and email, mainly regarding issues related to transactions, payments and account functionality. The focus is on accurate guidance, timely issue resolution and delivering an excellent customer experience.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support in German across chat, phone and email channels
  • Handle inquiries related to transactions, payments, account issues and general service functionality
  • Record, monitor and follow up on customer requests, ensuring accurate system updates
  • Deliver clear, comprehensive and reliable information to users
  • Collaborate with internal teams (payments, technical support, operations) for case escalation and resolution
  • Stay up to date with new features, processes and service updates

 

Required Qualifications

  • Excellent command of German (C1–C2)
  • Very good command of Greek, written and spoken
  • Good command of English (B2) with certification
  • High school diploma (Lyceum or equivalent)
  • Completed military obligations (for male candidates)
  • Familiarity with digital tools and mobile applications
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to understand customer needs
  • Problem‑solving skills and adaptability
  • Professionalism, patience and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or call center environment
  • Previous experience in digital payments, fintech or a similar environment
  • Experience using ticketing systems or CRM platforms
