Junior IT Support Engineer - Connectline S.A.

At Connectline, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role involves working closely with senior IT professionals, supporting internal systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day user support across the organization.

Core Responsibilities

• Assist in troubleshooting basic network, hardware, and software issues.

• Support the IT team in configuring and maintaining network devices.

• Resolve users' connectivity problems, VPN access, and account issues.

• Provide support with user account creation, permission management, and use of cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365).

• Collaborate with senior engineers to document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not a must).
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365) would be considered a plus.
• Good command of the English language.
• Team spirit, positive personality.
