At Connectline, we are currently looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. The role involves working closely with senior IT professionals, supporting internal systems and ensuring smooth day-to-day user support across the organization.
Core Responsibilities
Assist in troubleshooting basic network, hardware, and software issues.
Support the IT team in configuring and maintaining network devices.
Resolve users' connectivity problems, VPN access, and account issues.
Provide support with user account creation, permission management, and use of cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365).
Collaborate with senior engineers to document IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred but not a must).
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts. Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, Office 365) would be considered a plus.
- Good command of the English language.
- Team spirit, positive personality.
