BI & BP Analyst

We’re looking for a highly motivated Junior to Mid-Level BI & BP Analyst who is eager to learn, grow, and help drive our business forward with data. You will assist in building reports, analyzing trends, and supporting our business planning activities. Key Responsibilities

·       Assist in the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Power BI or other tools.

·       Support data gathering and cleaning for key business metrics across teams i.e. sales, operations, logistics, finance

·       Collaborate with teams to define and track KPIs and operational metrics.

·       Help identify patterns, trends, and insights to improve decision-making.

·       Ensure accuracy and consistency in data reporting.

·       Contribute to cost tracking, variance analysis, and monthly performance reviews.

·       Assist in creating business models, presentations, and scenario analysis.

·       Collaborate with teams to collect inputs and provide insights.

What We’re Looking For

·       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

·       1–3 years of relevant work experience in data analysis, business intelligence, FP&A, or related roles.

·       Comfortable with Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables) and basic knowledge of Power BI or similar tools.

·       Python and SQL knowledge for data manipulation, querying and exploratory analysis will be appreciated.

·       Strong attention to detail and a natural curiosity for problem-solving.

·       Effective communicator in both English and Greek.
