Network Development Back Office Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Network Development Back Office Specialist to support the rapid expansion of our nationwide locker network. You will work closely with business development managers, installation teams, and property partners to ensure smooth and efficient deployment from site prospecting to activation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end site pipeline: lead intake, feasibility checks, negotiation tracking, installation scheduling, and go-live confirmation
• Prepare, review, and track partner contracts and documentation
• Maintain and update CRM/databases with accurate site, partner, and deployment information
• Coordinate with internal teams (legal, operations, installation, sales) to resolve blockers
• Communicate with property partners to ensure all requirements and timelines are aligned
• Monitor deployment progress and generate weekly/monthly reporting (KPIs, delays, forecasts)
• Support the onboarding of new partners and locations
• Execute administrative tasks required for permitting, compliance, and project approval
• Identify workflow improvements to accelerate deployment speed and quality

Skills we can’t do without:

• Experience in network development, real estate coordination, logistics, or similar back-office/project support role Excellent communication and negotiation skills 
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple high-volume pipelines
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to fast-moving deployment cycles
