Network Development and Locker Installation Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Network Development and Locker Installation Specialist to play a key role in the large-scale expansion of our parcel locker network. This position owns the coordination of complex deployments, drives installation readiness, and acts as a senior interface between commercial, technical, operational teams, and external partners. The role is critical to delivering installation targets on time and at scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end network development and installation process from site approval to go-live
• Act as a senior interface with property partners, supporting negotiations, commercial discussions, and long-term relationship management
• Translate commercial agreements into executable installation and rollout plans
• Lead and coordinate locker installation programs across multiple regions or portfolios
• Act as the senior back-office authority for installation planning, prioritization, and execution
• Manage relationships with installation vendors and key property partners
• Drive cross-functional alignment between business development, legal, IT, operations, logistics, and installers
• Maintain high data accuracy and governance across CRM and deployment tools
• Produce reporting on rollout progress, KPIs, risks, and forecasts
• Identify and implement process improvements to accelerate deployment speed, reduce costs, and improve quality
• Contribute to planning, forecasting, and rollout prioritization meetings
• Ensure processes, standards, and documentation are followed consistently

Qualifications

• Experience in network development, infrastructure rollout, installations, logistics, or project coordination
• Proven track record managing high-volume programs
• Strong project management and stakeholder leadership skills
• Experience working with external vendors and installation partners
• Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage senior internal and external stakeholders
• High attention to detail combined with a strategic, solution-oriented mindset
• Experience with parcel lockers, last-mile logistics, retail networks, or infrastructure deployment is a strong advantage
