Field Specialist

We are looking for a hands-on and reliable Field Specialist to support daily logistics operations, including cargo coordination, documentation handling, and load monitoring. This role is crucial for ensuring that cargo pick-up, transfer, and customs processes are executed smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate cargo pick-up and transfer activities according to the daily operational plan.
• Assist with physical tasks such as palletizing, applying stretch film, and counting boxes when required.
• Monitor the progress of truck loadings and communicate with the team to ensure timely execution and corrective action when needed.
• Track and report any issues or delays in the field to ensure continuous workflow.
• Monitor status and prepare/coordinate necessary documentation related to customs clearance processes.
• Ensure all procedures follow safety standards and operational guidelines.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or transportation operations is preferred.
• Ability to perform basic physical tasks and support field operations hands-on.
• Basic understanding of customs clearance procedures and related documentation.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication in Greek and English.
• Flexibility and ability to work in dynamic field conditions.
