IT Support Manager

We are looking for an IT Support Manager to oversee and support the smooth operation of our Boxnow service for eShops. This role combines technical expertise with leadership and coordination, ensuring effective collaboration among teams, stakeholders, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the team responsible for implementing Boxnow service for eShops.
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to prevent malfunctions and ensure smooth operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with vendors for plugin development and other technical needs.
  • Prepare reports, network analytics, and operational manuals.
  • Train team members on new systems, protocols, and IT best practices.
  • Work with business users to address and resolve reported issues.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Oversee Azure Domain Management, O365, Intune, server administration, and cloud software platforms.
  • Collaborate with other IT department teams to enhance performance and efficiency.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Education: Degree in Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with managing external suppliers and service providers.
  • Proven ability to support technical systems and users effectively.
  • Experience in IT systems administration and troubleshooting.
  • Basic understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, switches).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and APIs.
  • Knowledge of scripting (e.g., Bash, PHP) and PBX administration is welcome but not mandatory.
  • Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively.
  • Effective communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Greek (native) and English.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
