Health & Safety Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Health & Safety Supervisor to ensure a safe working environment across all Box Now facilities, including warehouses, distribution hubs, and locker sites. This role requires a hands-on professional who can implement, monitor, and continually improve our health and safety standards in compliance with Greek legislation.

Key Responsibilities

•        Develop, implement, and update company health & safety policies and procedures.
•        Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure safety compliance.
•        Identify risks, conduct incident investigations, and develop mitigation plans.
•        Deliver training sessions for employees and subcontractors on health, safety, and emergency procedures.
•        Maintain safety documentation and report KPIs to leadership and regulatory authorities.
•        Collaborate with operations, logistics, and maintenance teams to embed safety culture.
•        Ensure compliance with local laws i.e. Greek labor code
•        Serve as the primary contact for external health & safety audits and inspections.

Qualifications

•        Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
•        At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally in logistics, warehousing, or industrial environments.
•        Strong knowledge of Greek H&S regulations.
•        Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Greek and English.
•        Ability to travel frequently to various sites across Greece.
