International Business Development Manager

As an International Sales Business Development Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to grow our business, focusing on expanding our portfolio with international clients and increasing sales revenue. The role requires a blend of sales expertise, market knowledge, and the ability to build strong relationships with international clients and partners. You will work closely with various internal teams to ensure the seamless delivery of our logistics services to international clients and establish BOX NOW as a trusted partner in the global logistics sector.

Your Day-to-Day responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analysis: Identify and explore new business opportunities in international markets. Monitor international logistics market trends and clients’ needs to refine sales strategies and adapt offerings accordingly
  • Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement sales strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing customers
  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts with international clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international clients, partners, and stakeholders. Work on fostering long-term partnerships to drive continuous business growth.
  • Target Achievement: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying high-potential customers and negotiating terms for the company.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Coordinate with internal teams such as operations, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth service delivery and align on business development goals. Work closely with operational teams to offer tailored logistics solutions (transportation, supply chain optimization) that meet the specific needs of international clients.
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Regularly report on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to senior management. Provide forecasts to help guide business strategy and decision-making.

Skills We Can’t Do Without

  • Master's or bachelor’s degree in business or a similar field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in the logistics and e-commerce
  • Experience working with international clients and partners
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and work independently in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Fluency in English
