We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across all roles and seniority levels, with a strong focus on administrative and specialist positions.

This role is ideal for a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a scale-up environment, combines strong execution with process thinking, and wants exposure to HR Operations, workforce planning and People initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for business, operational and support roles
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to translate business needs into effective hiring plans
  • Own sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and direct search
  • Screen, interview and assess candidates, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience
  • Coordinate offers and support hiring decisions in collaboration with HR Lead
  • Process, Data & HR Operations
  • Actively utilize the ATS, ensuring data accuracy and tracking KPIs
  • Support onboarding coordination and collaboration with HR Operations
  • Support People projects as the organization scales

 

What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and People Operations
  • Proven experience hiring administrative and specialist roles in fast-paced environments
  • Hands-on experience working with an ATS and recruitment data
  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously while collaborating closely with senior leadership
  • Fluency in Greek & English
