AVAX is looking for an ERP Administrator & Security Officer to support the administration and security governance of our JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support daily ERP administration (users, roles, environments).
Manage user provisioning/de-provisioning and role-based access control (RBAC).
Administer access rights and security roles, supporting SoD controls and access reviews.
Maintain audit logs, security documentation, and compliance with IT policies.
Provide Level 1/2 user support and troubleshoot access or functional issues.
Assist in testing, deployments, and collaboration with infrastructure/database teams.
Support month-end/year-end activities and incident/change processes.

Qualifications

1-5 years of experience in ERP, IT support, or security and system administration.
Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus
Knowledge of JD Edwards EnterpriseOne 9.2 is preferred
Understanding of access management, IT security principles, and audit processes.
Basic SQL/database knowledge is desirable.
Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
