Avax is seeking a Financier to join its Concessions and PPPs Business Unit, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development.

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial and risk assessments of investment opportunities
• Review and provide input on tender documentation
• Analyze investment and business plans
• Develop, review, and maintain financial models
• Liaise with external advisors and project partners
• Support financial structuring activities
• Participate in negotiations with lenders and key stakeholders
• Monitor financing arrangements during the project implementation phase

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or Engineering
• MBA or an MSc in Finance will be considered an asset
• Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in a relevant field
• Advanced financial modelling skills
• Experience in financial structuring
• Highly organized and responsible
• Strong motivation to develop professionally and build a long-term career
• Willingness to travel and work abroad for short or extended periods
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English
