Role Purpose: The positon holder will play a key role in ensuring our product listings are accurate, visually appealing, and uploaded in a timely manner. This role involves working closely with the content, photography, and buying teams to bring our digital store front to life.
Key accountabilities:
- Upload new brands and SKUs to the e-shop, ensuring accurate product descriptions, images, attributes and pricing.
- Maintain and update product, brand and category pages in alignment with brand guidelines and e-commerce best practices.
- Ensure product content is complete, visually consistent and optimized for online presentation.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce site, ensuring proper merchandising and content accuracy across all website sections.
- Monitor product availability and ensure stock information on the website is accurate and up to date.
- Monitor order flow and support the smooth processing of online orders, coordinating internally to resolve any issues related to stock or order execution.
- Track product performance and sales trends to support commercial decisions and merchandising optimization.
- Communicate with suppliers and brand partners regarding product information, assets, launches and availability.
- Coordinate the onboarding of new products and ensure all necessary assets and information are provided.
- Support the implementation of commercial campaigns, promotional mechanics and seasonal activations on the website.
- Upload and manage gifts with purchase, free samples and promotional offers, ensuring they are correctly reflected across product pages and checkout.
- Monitor competitors’ websites and industry trends to identify new product launches, promotional strategies and best practices in the beauty sector.
Skills/Experience Required:
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail or online operations.
- Experience with CMS platforms and product uploads will be considered a strong advantage.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related field.
- Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel.
- Good understanding of digital marketing and e-commerce trends.
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal).
- Basic photo editing skills will be considered a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and aesthetic sensibility.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work effectively under deadlines.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Passion for e-commerce and the beauty industry.
