attica is the leading fashion & beauty destination in Greece, a one-stop-shop for designer brands in Athens and Thessaloniki. We are in the process of launching our next strategic project, attica’s loyalty program. This flagship project will shape how we engage with our customers and is a major focus for the organization.

To bring this to life, we are looking to hire a passionate CRM & Loyalty Campaigns Manager to lead the planning, execution and optimization of CRM and loyalty campaigns, in order to drive customer engagement, retention and lifetime value, through data-driven CRM initiatives.

The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on campaign management, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of customer behavior in a retail or Omni channel environment.

Role purpose:

As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s CRM strategy, driving customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives across all digital channels. You will leverage data insights to optimize customer journeys, improve campaign performance, and maximize customer lifetime value.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop and manage customer segmentation and lifecycle strategies (acquisition, onboarding, retention, reactivation).
  • Plan, execute, and optimize targeted and personalized CRM campaigns across digital touchpoints (email, SMS, app, push notifications).
  • Own and manage the CRM campaign calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing and commercial priorities.
  • Translate business and marketing objectives into automated CRM journeys and campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and continuously optimize based on data insights.
  • Track and report on key KPIs such as customer lifetime value (CLV), retention, frequency, churn rate, and loyalty engagement.
  • Create dashboards and provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Work closely with Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial, and Store Operations teams to ensure seamless omnichannel CRM integration.
  • Identify new growth opportunities through data analysis and customer behavior insights.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in CRM, Campaign Management, or Marketing Automation roles.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Experience with reporting tools and advanced MS Excel skills (knowledge of BI tools is a plus).
  • Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Very good command of English (written and verbal).
  • Experience in retail, e-commerce or other fast-paced environment will be considered an asset.
