attica department stores is currently in search of a dynamic Assistant Brand Manager for our central offices in Athens, to to join our Marketing Department and enhance its growth in line with our strategic vision.

Role purpose:

As an Assistant Brand Manager,  you will be responsible to assist in planning and executing the marketing & PR activities of attica department store and it’s tenants.

Key accountabilities

  • Contribute to the execution of attica’s marketing & communication plan (organize marketing materials, create presentations & reports, follow up  media plan).
  • Monitor and follow up of tenant’s digital marketing plan ( creation of calendar of activities, gather tenant’s materials, creation of reports and communication with tenants).
  • Collect marketing materials from tenants, evaluate and circulate them to marketing team. Liaise with commercial department to ensure allignment on new brand’s arrivals, collabs and exclusivities.
  • Maintain strong relationship with stylists, communicate brand priorities to parties involved.
  • Monitor, evaluate and file media coverage. Monitor competition actions and file them.
  • Coordinate, execute and monitor digital marketing initiatives run by partner Malls (where attica is located).
  • Update brand directory on atticadps.gr.
  • Be involved in attica magazine project.
  • Support the development of attica photoshootings, by organizing and coordinating the collection of fashion items needed and by organizing and distributing the final content to respective teams.
  • Assist in budget control for marketing expenses and monitor retail marketing invoices.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Required

  • BA/BS degree in relevant field.
  • 1-2 years experience in a marketing department within a brand-led and customer-led organization.
  • Excellent organizational skills are essential, including the ability to file information accurately and keeping records up to date.
  • Good planning and time management skills.
  • Adanced MS Office skills.
  • Excellent English skills (written and verbal).
  • Experience in fashion retail will be considered a plus.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, team spirit and a positive attitude are mandatory.
