About the Role:

We are looking for a commercially driven professional to lead the development and optimization of onboard revenue streams across our fleet.

This role drives onboard revenue performance across the Group’s vessels, commercially activating ship spaces as revenue-generating assets and media platforms. It unlocks growth through partner optimization, new service concepts, space monetization, and data-driven upsell and cross-sell initiatives that elevate both revenue per passenger and onboard experience.

You will act as a key commercial link between the Customer Value function, Hotel Operations, and external partners, driving revenue performance onboard and experience optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive onboard revenue performance across the Group’s vessels by optimizing existing commercial activities and developing new ones;
  • Monitor and improve commercial performance across onboard points of sale (F&B, retail, services);
  • Manage and develop relationships with concession partners and brand collaborators;
  • Identify and implement new revenue opportunities, including new services, concepts, and premium offerings;
  • Design and execute upsell and cross-sell initiatives to enhance both passenger experience and revenue per passenger;
  • Commercially activate onboard spaces as revenue and media assets (e.g. advertising, branded experiences, digital screens);
  • Work with external partners and agencies to develop and deliver monetization opportunities;
  • Build performance tracking and reporting frameworks, translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.

What We’re Looking For:

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field (MBA desirable);
  • 8+ years of commercial experience, including revenue, partnerships or concessions management;
  • Background in industries such as airlines, cruise, retail, airports, or hospitality is highly valued;
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and commercial negotiations;
  • Experience with advertising monetization or partnerships is a strong plus.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial mindset with analytical thinking;
  • Data-driven decision making and data analysis (Excel, BI tools);
  • Excellent stakeholder management & negotiation skills;
  • Ability to independently identify and execute growth opportunities;
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

This role requires frequent presence onboard vessels and at port locations (~80% field-based).
