About the Role:
The Digital Growth & Personalization Specialist is responsible for driving customer adoption of owned digital channels, enhancing the value of the mobile app and loyalty ecosystem, and delivering data-driven, personalized customer journeys that increase engagement, conversion, and retention while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Channel Adoption & App Growth
Driving the adoption and usage of the company’s digital ecosystem, including the mobile app and loyalty program
Designing and implementing initiatives that enhance the mobile app value proposition
Optimizing the mobile app onboarding journey to improve activation and retention
Developing and executing strategies to increase customer registrations, consent rates, and digital engagement
Monitoring market trends, competitors, and best practices in digital adoption
Personalization & Customer Engagement
Designing and delivering personalized customer communications across owned digital channels
Analyzing behavioral and transactional data to generate actionable insights
Personalizing offers, content, and rewards within the loyalty ecosystem
Implementing data-driven segmentation and targeting strategies
Leading initiatives that improve overall customer experience and lifetime value
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Compliance
Collaborating with Product, Digital Marketing, CRM, Customer Experience, and Legal teams to align personalization and engagement initiatives
Ensuring GDPR compliance and adherence to internal data governance policies
Coordinating with stakeholders to deliver seamless omnichannel customer journeys
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitoring and analyzing KPIs related to digital adoption, engagement, and personalization performance
Developing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management using BI tools
Providing regular insights and recommendations based on performance data
Additional Scope
Monitoring industry trends and preparing regular performance and market insight reports
What We Are Looking For
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
3+ years of experience in digital product adoption, CRM, loyalty, or digital engagement roles
Proven experience in personalized communications and campaign management
Strong data analysis capabilities and experience with BI tools (Power BI preferred)
Experience in creating executive presentations and performance reports
Nice to Have
Experience with in-app messaging and push notification tools
Hands-on experience in A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
Good understanding of GDPR and data privacy frameworks
Skills & Competencies
Strong customer-centric and commercial mindset
High attention to detail and continuous improvement orientation
Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams
Structured, analytical, and results-driven way of working
