In Arivia S.A., we are looking for a Shipping Department Officer.

 

About the Role! 

This role is a great opportunity for you to learn and evolve. You will receive mentorship, guidance and support and you will be expected to aid in the company's top priorities.

Main Responsibilities:

·       Produces the required documents for shipping cargo/shipment for the calculation of the fare and the route (CMR/Packing List/Delivery Note).

·       Prints the declaration documents for each carrier (road transport). Maintains the corresponding files. Records the numbers on the form and sends daily copies to Customer Service.

·       Preparation of sample orders.

·       Coordinates the daily paperwork related to the receipt, updates and movements of the stock.

·       Prepares clear and accurate reports, inventory documents, checks, filling etc.

·       Carries out the inventory check and transfer orders of material stocks.

·       Supports the Warehouse Manager to prepare warehouse requests for orders, bid tables, stock reports, annual contract agreements, pre-budget bid summaries and purchase orders.

·       Maintains the confidentiality of the data processed.

·       It deals with training, as well as work planning and division.

·       Preparation of custom clearance documentation, communication with customs and custom brokers.

Professional skills & experience

·       Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance or any adjacent concertation; a post-graduate qualification (Logistics/Supply chain) will be considered an asset.

·       Up to 3 years of solid experience in similar position(s) in a fast-paced business environment.

·       Professional use of the ERP SAP program.

·       Highly Proficient in MS-Office and MS Excel

·       Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (both in Greek and English language).
