Internship - Export Logistics Intern

In Arivia S.A., based in Thessaloniki, we are looking for a Export Logistics Intern for an internship.

Professional skills & experience:

• University Student of Accounting, Engineering, Business Management, Economics, Finance or a related field of study
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Excellent use of MS-Office & PowerPoint and data analysis
• Adaptable and open to networking in a global, multicultural environment
• Familiar with Upfield’s brands and products

Key responsibilities:

·       Processing and submitting invoices from logistics suppliers

·       Requesting and consolidating monthly ocean rates from logistics suppliers

·       Keeping track of timely loading and arrival of containers

·       Monthly consolidation of global shipments costs and arrival timings (excel file)

·       Sustainability and CO2 emissions

·       Support to HS Customs classification database across export destinations
