As Director of Revenue you will…

·       Maximize net room revenue by managing booking channels, inventory, and rates

·       Analyze and adapt to changing channel distribution models and consumer booking trends

·       Design and apply the pricing strategy for each hotel to maximize RevPAR

·       Oversee the reservations department, ensuring smooth operations and optimal performance

·       Manage stay restrictions and tactics in alignment with demand factors and distribution channels

·       Lead daily configuration, forecasting, and decision-making processes using revenue management systems

·       Collaborate with relevant departments to discuss and execute changes in the distribution plan

·       Create budget and ensure that each hotel meets its goals

·       Monitor competition

Entry Requirements:

·       Experience in the hospitality industry will be highly appreciated

·       Proven ability to manage revenue and reservations processes effectively

·       BSc in quantitative field (e.g. Computer Science, Management Science and Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or Engineering)

·       MSc in Data Science/Business Analytics or similar quantitative field will be considered an asset

·       Expertise on SQL and/or Python and/or R will be considered an asset

·       Excellent analytical and problem solving skills

·       Ability to manage multiple distribution channels and adapt strategies as needed

·       Excellent communication and leadership skills

·       Knowledge of relevant revenue management software and systems
