We are looking for a highly skilled Engineer for the Northern Road Axis of Crete (BOAK) to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation of quantity surveys and drafting of certifications / accounts.
  • Development and monitoring of project schedules and budgets.
  • Preparation of reports and updates regarding project progress.
  • Compilation of technical dossiers and other documentation for public works.
  • Maintenance and updating of the project’s records.
  • Participation in the implementation of the Quality Management System.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Civil Engineer, Surveying Engineer)
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar position
  • Essential knowledge of Public Works management (Procedures, Contract Amendments, Accounts, Measurements, Certifications of Subcontractors/Works, Coordination)
  • Proven experience in contract management, quantity surveying, account preparation, drafting of Variation Orders and New Price Analyses.
  • Excellent knowlerdge of AutoCAD and very good command of MS Office.
  • Excellent command of the English language (spoken & written)
