We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Specialist, who is passionate about digital communication, creative content, and community engagement, to join our team.
The scope of the position:
As Social Media Specialist, with at least 4 years of experience, you will be part of the Corporate Communications Team. You will play a key role in developing, implementing, and monitoring our Social Media Strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive audience growth.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and execute daily posting across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, etc.)
- Create engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each platform
- Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions)
- Plan & coordinate campaigns and ensure optimization based on KPIs
- Engage with followers, respond to messages and comments, and manage community interactions
- Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure brand consistency
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Job qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Media or Business Administration
- 4 years of proven work experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong knowledge of major social platforms and content management tools (Meta Business Suite, or similar)
- Basic knowledge of social media advertising (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages will be considered as an asset)
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to adapt tone and messaging per channel
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, native platform insights)
- Team player with organizational and time-management skills
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies will be considered as an asset
- Understanding of influencer and partnership campaigns will be a plus
