Competition & Financial Offers Associate

We are looking for a highly skilled Competition & Financial Offers Associate to join AKTOR Group.

 Duties and responsibilities: 

• Evaluate new tenders through public tender databases, platforms, websites (ESIDIS, COSMO-ONE, KIMDIS, DIAVGEIA, etc.)
• Prepare, draft, and submit electronically financial offers
• Calculate and analyze costs (labor, insurance, operational, administrative)
• Collaborate and coordinate with other departments for bid preparation
• Monitor and manage correspondence with services, partners, and suppliers (communication, clarifications, drafting letters, etc.)
• Verify company legal documents and ensure they are updated
•  Manage letters of guarantee
• Check, record, manage, and maintain electronic and physical bid files
• Monitor and supervise all tender processes in ESIDIS
• Communicate with contracting authorities and the company's legal department

 Job qualifications and requirements: 

• BSc in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• MSc in Economics/Management will be considered an asset
• 1-3 years of experience in preparing & costing financial offers
• Knowledge of ESIDIS and labor legislation desirable
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent knowledge of English
• Ability to organize tender folders and meet deadlines
• Analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Effective communication / collaboration with other departments
• Attention to detail
• Responsibility and consistency in taking on duties
