Cost Control and Reporting Officer

We are looking for a highly skilled Cost Control and Reporting Officer to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze project costs to ensure budget compliance and financial efficiency
- Review and analyze monthly project progress reports to track performance and identify potential issues
- Prepare and monitor project cash flow forecasts to support effective financial planning
- Collaborate with technical and finance teams to identify opportunities for cost optimization and improved project performance
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction industry
- Excellent command of MS-Office Suite, especially Excel
- Fluency in English (both oral and written)
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
