We are currently looking for a highly skilled Project Manager to join us in Group's subsidiary Aktor Facility Management.

The Electrical Engineer will actively contribute to the management of projects involving complex facilities such as industrial installations, office buildings, administrative buildings, photovoltaic parks, and recreational parks such as marinas.

The scope of the role includes:

  • Lead the planning, initiation, and execution of multiple facility-related projects simultaneously.
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (facility management, engineering, safety, etc.) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Oversee the allocation and management of resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to ensure project completion.
  • Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are tracked and controlled within the allocated budget, with regular reporting on financial performance, without compromising quality or safety standards.
  • Identify potential risks early in the project lifecycle, including budgetary, timeline, safety, and compliance risks.
  • Monitor the quality of work throughout the project lifecycle and ensure adherence to facility management best practices
  • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and contractors, negotiating contracts and ensuring that they meet deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Improving the cost efficiency of certain business operations through resource allocation.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Experience with contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CAD software.
  • A strong understanding of technical operations
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and time management abilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities autonomously and deliver results under deadlines.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for advancing a career in the renewable energy and storage industry.
  • Valid Driver’s License.
