We are looking for a Senior Project Planner to join our team working on the Northern Road Axis of Crete (NRAC/BOAK) project. As a Senior Project Planner you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and maintaining project schedules to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Manage project planning activities through the development and maintenance of project schedules, timelines, and resource plans via Oracle Primavera P6
  • Attend site progress reviews to verify that construction activities are progressing in line with the approved project schedule and planned milestones
  • Prepare and update project forecasts, reports, and planning dashboards to support effective decision-making and project execution
  • Identify potential project risks, delays, and resource constraints, proposing proactive solutions to improve project performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows, enhance coordination, and support successful project delivery
  • Drive continuous improvement of project planning processes, tools, and reporting methods to increase efficiency and visibility
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, project governance standards, and corporate procedures while maintaining accurate planning documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycleJob Qualifications and Requirements:

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
  • 10+ years of experience in project planning or a similar role within large-scale road construction and infrastructure projects
  • Excellent command of Primavera and MS-Office Suite
  • Fluency in English (both oral and written)
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
