Financial Controller

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Controller to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Participate in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts
• Contribute to the monitoring of the budget and Business Plan’s execution
• Assist in comparing actual results against budgeted figures and analyzing variances
• Participate in the development of reports for management or external stakeholders
• Support internal and external statutory and tax audits by providing required data and documentation, ensuring timely completion of annual financial statements and tax certifications.
• Prepare the planning of supplier payments
• Act as the main point of contact between the Unit and Accounting for all relevant issues

Job qualifications and requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with direct involvement in Infrastructure and Construction
• Familiarity with consolidations and M&A
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Programs (especially SAP)
• Excellent command of English Language both written and oral
• Knowledge of Greek Accounting Standards and Management Accounting principles
