BIM Specialist

We’re seeking a talented BIM Specialist to join our collaborative, forward-thinking team and play a key role in driving digital innovation across our high-impact projects.

 Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and manage precise BIM models ensuring project delivery and compliance with industry standards
• Lead complex modeling challenges and conduct detailed quality reviews throughout project phases
• Collaborate to expand and maintain our in-house BIM library
• Manage digital layouts, markup drawings, and perform clash detection aligned with project needs
• Build and enhance automation tools using Python and Dynamo to streamline workflows
• Take on Model Manager duties as assigned, coordinating seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams

 Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• At least 3 years of BIM experience on building or infrastructure projects
• Expert-level skills in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks Manage
• Proficiency in Dynamo, Python, or other BIM programming languages
• Familiarity with visualization tools like Lumion 3D, Twinmotion, and Photoshop
• Strong English communication skills for effective teamwork
