We are looking for a highly skilled Master Data Engineer - Procurement to join our team.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and monitor procurement structures, cost tracking, and project frameworks
- Manage procurement processes within SAP, including creation and tracking of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
- Collaborate with technical and financial departments to ensure alignment of procurement processes through SAP
- Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data, including vendor and material data
- Monitor and improve data quality by identifying duplicates, inaccuracies, missing information, and outdated records.
- Prepare reports and perform spend analysis, cost tracking and budget monitoring
- Monitor contracts, supplier offers, and project budgets
- Enhance and optimize procurement workflows and processes within SAP
Job Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and cost control, preferably in the Construction industry
- Proven working experience with SAP (MM/PS modules) is a prerequisite
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure data and control processes
- Excellent command of MS-Office Suite
- Fluency in English (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
