Master Data Engineer | Procurement

We are looking for a highly skilled Master Data Engineer - Procurement to join our team.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor procurement structures, cost tracking, and project frameworks
• Manage procurement processes within SAP, including creation and tracking of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs)
• Collaborate with technical and financial departments to ensure alignment of procurement processes through SAP
• Maintain and ensure accuracy of master data, including vendor and material data
• Monitor and improve data quality by identifying duplicates, inaccuracies, missing information, and outdated records.
• Prepare reports and perform spend analysis, cost tracking and budget monitoring
• Monitor contracts, supplier offers, and project budgets
• Enhance and optimize procurement workflows and processes within SAP

Job Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and cost control, preferably in the Construction industry
• Proven working experience with SAP (MM/PS modules) is a prerequisite
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure data and control processes
• Excellent command of MS-Office Suite
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
